Our Daytime and Evening Sound Bath Public Sessions offer a gentle group experience designed to deeply relax the body and mind while renewing your energy.
For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, a light blanket, and a water bottle.
If you don’t have any of this, we’ll be happy to provide what you need. For those who prefer extra support, a 4" ultra comfort cushion add-on is available to make your rest even more restorative.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 days before the session to ensure everyone has a chance to join, as space is limited. Beyond that timeframe, all bookings are final.
